Homeowners Assistance Program
Texas General Land Office

Is your home still damaged by Harvey? On Wednesday, December 12, the General Land Office will open a new mobile intake center in Livingston to help homeowners who still need assistance with Harvey-damaged homes. GLO representatives will be taking applications at the Polk County Courthouse (2nd floor) every Wednesday between 9am-4pm (101 W Church St Livingston, TX 77351).

Deep East Texas Region
Homeowners Assistance Program (HAP)

This week, the GLO will open five satellite locations across Deep East Texas to help homeowners who still need assistance with Harvey-damaged homes. Each location will be open one day each week from 9-4 and have applicant coordinators ready to help survivors through the application process.

If you are a homeowner affected by Hurricane Harvey you may qualify for assistance through the Homeowner Assistance Program. This program helps qualified homeowners in Texas repair, rehabilitate, or rebuild homes damaged by the disaster. Applications will be considered for award on a first-come, first-serve basis, according to the priorities outlined in the GLO’s Regional Housing Guidelines.
